Matt Kinnich

Matt provides value in growth-oriented companies that need strategy & execution optimizing, sales/marketing, talent engagement & upskilling, and operational & process enhancements. He is a five-time P&L owner and led strategy and corporate development in two publicly traded companies, where he drove 14x growth during his six-year tenure and led numerous acquisitions. Most recently, he was CEO of two PE-backed service businesses. 

Tom Klise 

Tom is an experienced CFO with a proven track record of creating value by developing a combination of business and financial strategies to drive growth and margin expansion. He has worked in publicly traded and lower middle market businesses, including as CFO of two PE-backed portfolio companies. Most recently, he was CFO of a multi-unit dental practice and a health support services business.
